Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by signing in to your FreshResume account and clicking on Account and Membership. Following the cancellation, FreshResume will send you an email to confirm the cancellation of your account. If for any reason you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact us directly at support@freshresume.co and our team will assist you. FreshResume may at times decide to issue a refund if notice of cancellation of your subscription is provided before the end of the trial period. FreshResume does not guarantee refunds after the trials are expired.


At the time of purchase, you agree to pay FreshResume all related fees (the “Fees”). Thus, you explicitly agree to be charged a monthly renewal subscription fee of $24.95 if you have not cancelled your FreshResume account within 7 days of making your initial payment of $2.95.


All services of FreshResume are available on a subscription basis. You fully acknowledge that you will be billed based on your subscription plan (your “Subscription”), according to the terms of the Subscription as given to you at the time of purchase.


The payment services offered by FreshResume are provided by reputable Third Party Payment Processors (Omise). As a result, in order to complete your payment process, you might be redirected to a third-party website and/or asked to agree to separate third-party terms.


You acknowledge that any services that you purchase are subject to these Terms and any additional terms related to the provision of any product or service.


We try our best to characterize any product or service offered on the Service as precisely as possible. However, we are human, and so we do not promise that product specifications, pricing, or other material on the web services is full, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the case of any mistakes pertaining to the price or specifications, Provider shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders in its sole discretion. Additional conditions may apply.
